Relentless sirens and helicopters circling our neighborhood are a frequent occurrence and one of many reasons we're trying to move. Mia and I had to go out again to get milk and decided to see what happened this time:
Police tried to stop a man they believed was either drunk or under the influence of drugs in Malibu. The driver led police on a high speed chase ending in Northridge, when the guy slammed into parked cars at the traffic light, injuring a total of seven people. (This was right in front of the Target we always go to for cat food/supplies.)
