We recently got a tenant (who seems like a very nice girl) but she just puts her stuff everywhere (in the kitchen) and doesn't ask what space is for her or where her things can go.
We've had a tenant before, and we do have space set aside for her, but so far rather than treating the refrigerator/freezer as a small space being shared by four people, she just gets a ton of stuff and shoves it anywhere it'll fit. Every day a little more stuff appears. The refrigerator is already pretty crowded, and Mia and I have next to no food in it.
